If only there were more time in the day…we’ve all wished it. Here’s an idea to help you find some: keep a time journal. Do it for just one or two weeks to get an idea of how you’re spending your days. You might be surprised to see where your time’s going. Social media maybe? There are plenty of time journal apps out there, but pen and paper work great too. Now, what to do with that extra time? Get more sleep, maybe?
