Meet the Cousin of broccoli. Well, actually this dark leafy green is a closer relative of the turnip family. It can also be called “Rapini, Italian or Chinese broccoli, and Turnip broccoli! A one cup serving provides more than 100 percent of the daily value of vitamin K (which helps build bone density in women) and it also has the powerful antioxidant vitamins A and C. Broccoli rabe contains folate, iron and calcium.
