Come celebrate the annual release of our White Russian Stout, The Caucasian. $15 Ticket includes entry to the brewery + souvenir glass + 1 pour of The Caucasian. Tables are first come first serve. Behind the Name In the movie The Big Lebowski, The Caucasian is what The Dude calls his beloved White Russians. The team at Texas Ale Project challenged ourselves to create a delicious stout, ripe with White Russian Characteristics, accomplishing a stout flavor and character without using the typically included dark roasted malts. To pay tribute to the actor Jeff Bridges, recently diagnosed with Lymphoma, this year’s glass is titled, “The Dude Abides.” Flavor Profile Brewed with whole Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, Full City Rooster cold-brewed coffee, and American Oak, The Caucasian plays tricks on the palate, but the end result is quite decadent. |
